Managing Director

By creating this great platform WLCPA, we manage to gather experienced professionals and young talents to serve our community as well as give opportunities to our young colleagues to develop their careers. My motto to my colleagues is “Work Smart, Play Hard” so as to achieve a real and achievable work life balance. I love my job as it gives me all the opportunities and financial support to pursue my diverse interests. At my free time, I enjoy mountain biking with a group, the Sunriders. Just like in life, there are many ups and downs, we need strengths, stamina, skill, reflex, direction, determination, perseverance and teamwork to tackle the mountain courses. I also play golf, do horse riding, scuba diving etc. Apart from sports, I appreciate and practice tea arts, handmade coffee and occasionally wine tasting. I also play a bit of guitar for self-entertainment.

Focus, Efficiency, Accuracy

Golf allow you to learn observing the opponent, aim at the key, be evasive, keep pace, never give up, and constantly surpass yourself. Golf also can be so brittle to your psyche, but I’m a resilient guy. As a human being or to works, just to learn from mistakes, always succeed.

Playing saxophone requires the coordination of hands, mouth, brain, air volume and emotion in order to play beautiful music. Like a company cooperative with department and colleague.

Balancing the account is like balancing life. In accounting, we strive to ensure that income and expenses at least break even to maintain financial stability.

Similarly, in life, we also need to balance various aspects such as work and family, personal development and social relationships, health and mental growth.

Just as we check each transaction when we auditing the accounts, we also need to examine our lives, understand our strengths and weaknesses, and find the right balance for ourselves. Sometimes, we need to sacrifice short-term pleasures for long-term success and happiness. We need to slow down, rest, and relax to maintain our overall well-being.

Balance does not mean staying static but adjusting with time and circumstances.

Just as we adjust financial accounts to adapt to ever-changing economic conditions, we also need to flexibly shift the focus of our lives to adapt to new challenges and opportunities.

In conclusion, balancing the accounts is like to balancing lifeit requires thoughtful consideration, flexibility, and adjustments to find our way in the complex world and lead a meaningful life.

Communication and Cooperation: Keys to Success.

In addition to work, sports play an important role in my life. Basketball and soccer are among my favorite activities. Engaging in sports not only helps me maintain physical health but also teaches me the significance of teamwork. Whether on the field or in the workplace, I firmly believe that effective communication and cooperation can maximize a team's potential.

Continuous Self-Improvement and Pursuit of Greater Achievements.

Additionally, basketball and soccer competitions often require quick decision-making and adaptability, skills that are immensely beneficial in a professional career. By bringing the competitive spirit cultivated through sports into my daily work, I motivate myself and my team to consistently push our limits and pursue higher accomplishments.
