World Link CPA Limited (“World Link”) was formed in 2006 by merging Lau Cheung Fung Chan CPA with Ted Ho CPA Limited. In December, 2013, World Link signed a merged agreement with HuaPu TianJian Certified Public Accountants (“HuaPu TianJian”) and became in affiliation with HuaPu TianJian. HuaPu TianJian is a reputable CPA firm in Beijing PRC with branch offices in Shanghai, Hefei, Liaoning, Shandong, Wuhu and Sichuan. It has around 300 registered CPAs and more than 800 staff. HuaPu TianJian have successfully assisted over 70 companies listed in the PRC capital market and currently providing auditing, consultancy and valuation services to over 80 listed companies in PRC.

World Link has successfully assisted several companies listed in the GEM and Main board in Hong Kong and has provided auditing, merger and acquisition, consultancy and tax advisory services to various listed companies in Hong Kong and PRC. We have professionals specialize in red chips and H shares listing in Hong Kong and capable of providing professional advices on tax issues for PRC companies listing in Hong Kong and issues regarding cross border merger and acquisition.

World Link have around 100 staff and partners. Most of the audit directors and partners were trained in international audit firms and qualified as practicing accountants.
